About Bright Bridge

Bright Bridge is a dynamic organization dedicated to empowering students by providing them with a platform to overcome their fear of stage fright and public speaking. Founded with the vision of bridging the gap between opportunity and access, the organization serves as a catalyst for personal growth and confidence building among young individuals.

The organization was conceptualized and founded by Mrs. Firoza Khatoon and Mr. Saif Ur Rahman, who shared a common passion for helping students break through their hesitation and public speaking barriers. Since its inception in 2019, Bright Bridge has been committed to creating opportunities for students to express their thoughts and showcase their talents in a supportive environment.

With approximately 100 students participating annually in their main event, Bright Bridge has established itself as a significant platform for youth development. The organization’s multifaceted approach, combining competitive events with community service, ensures that participants not only develop their speaking skills but also cultivate a sense of social responsibility.

Organizational Structure and Funding

Pure Non-Profit Initiative: Bright Bridge operates as a completely independent, non-commercial organization. The organization does not run any coaching institutes or business ventures under its name, maintaining its focus solely on student empowerment and community service.

Self-Funded Operations: What makes Bright Bridge truly remarkable is its commitment to complete financial independence. The organization does not accept funds from external sources, donors, or sponsors. All events, activities, and programs are organized and funded entirely through the personal resources and dedication of its founders and team members. This self-reliant approach ensures that their mission remains pure and focused on genuine service to the community.

Founder/Organiser

Mrs. Firoza Khatoon & Mr. Saif-Ur-Rahman wanted every individual to have their own perspectives and courage to stand for themselves.

They were struck by the vast potential of individuals and communities, but also by the significant barriers that prevented them from reaching their full potential.

Driven by a passion to make a difference, she decided to start an organization that would provide a platform for connection, growth, and empowerment. And so, Bright Bridge was born.

The organization started by organizing small competitions in various institutes and mentorship opportunities to individuals from underprivileged backgrounds. The goal was to equip them with the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to succeed in their life. Today, Bright Bridge is a thriving organization with a team of dedicated people.

Abida Bilquees

Lead Strategist/Supervisor

A smart and talented Program Director known for her calm leadership and ability to inspire confidence in others.

Currently pursuing her education, she skillfully balances academics with her passion for guiding youth. With a natural flair for communication and event management, Abida leads with clarity and purpose, helping individuals unlock their potential in public speaking and self-expression. Her thoughtful mentorship, eye for detail, and dedication to personal growth make her a respected figure among peers and participants alike. Focused, creative, and driven, she brings a sense of purpose and poise to every role she takes on.

Heena Sheikh

Since the inception of our organization, Ms. Heena shaikh has been a pillar of strength and guidance.

As a dedicated teacher with a passion for creativity, she has consistently brought fresh, innovative ideas that have elevated our events and initiatives. Her ability to think outside the box and offer brilliant, practical strategies has played a key role in the successful execution of every project. With her rich experience and natural leadership skills, she has not only inspired the team but also mentored many along the way. Her unwavering support, proactive approach, and commitment to excellence have made her an invaluable asset to our journey.

Nadiya Rahman

Program Coordinator

Nadiya Rahman is a passionate and dedicated Program Coordinator at Bright Bridge

Where she contributes her energy and attention to detail in organizing youth-centered educational initiatives. With over six years of hands-on experience in community work, she has played a key role in managing participant lists, preparing question papers, and carefully selecting questions for quiz competitions — all of which support the smooth execution of events and active student participation.

Despite being a student, Nadiya balances her academic journey with a deep commitment to social change. Her journey with Bright Bridge began at an early age, and her consistent involvement has shaped her into a confident leader and effective communicator. In 2025, she took center stage as the official anchor of Bright Bridge events, showcasing her talent in public speaking and event coordination.

Ishant Bhatt

Logistic Coordinator

Recognized for his visionary leadership, strategic thinking, and unwavering commitment to youth development.

With a natural ability to lead and inspire, he plays a key role in guiding the organization’s direction and growth. Ishant is known for his clear communication, strong decision-making, and ability to bring out the best in his team. His calm presence and forward-thinking mindset make him an influential leader who ensures that every initiative is purposeful and impactful. Dedicated, focused, and driven by a passion for meaningful change, Ishant continues to lead with integrity and purpose.

Khizr Qureshi

Social Media Manager

Known for his strong organizational abilities, leadership skills, and clear communication.

While pursuing his Bachelor’s in Computer Applications, he effectively balances academics with his responsibilities in administration and team coordination. Khizr is also skilled in graphic designing, adding a creative edge to his work and contributing visually impactful content for events and promotions. His calm and solution-oriented approach makes him a dependable presence within the team. Whether managing logistics or supporting event execution, Khizr combines technical knowledge with people skills to ensure smooth operations and positive outcomes. Focused, reliable, and driven, he continues to grow as a leader and professional.
